Nine Rules for Slot Car Corner Marshals
1. Marshals are allowed to fluff or flatten braid on a car if requested by the driver only if the car was the one involved with track call.
2. Marshals are allowed to pop a body if it has been damaged by a hit to a wall or by another car during a track call.
3. During the race or track call the only car that a marshal needs to touch is the car that is out of the slot. No adjustments should be made to any other nearby cars.
4. Marshals are the only ones that can call track for a car out of reach but visible by the marshal. Drivers can call for a rider or if car is not visible by a nearby marshal.
5. Drivers cannot request a corner marshal to do repairs, reset or replace body pins or clips during a track call or race. All repairs are made under green flag racing by the driver or team member.
6. If a car has become disabled the marshal will remove the car from the track and the driver is responsible for retrieving his/her own car.
7. If marshaling, be respectful and either mute or turn off electronic devices while the race is running.
8. While marshaling please limit conversations with other marshals or drivers while the race is under way.
9. Remember, when you marshal, marshal like you would like to be marshaled if it was you at the drivers stand.

4” JK Flexi LMP Ready-to-Run Car Race Series
Technical Car Specifications
Race series begins May 19th 2020
Atlanta Slot Car Raceway (ASCR) will conduct a race series featuring box-stock 4” JK Flexi LMP ready-to-run (R-T-R) cars. Utilizing only box-stock cars is intended to minimize the mechanical advantage any one car might have and to make driving skill the principal determinant of winning. ASCR may amend car specifications and related series rules with one week’s prior notice to series racers.
Car specifications will be fully enforced during technical inspection of all entrants’ cars prior to each race. Any car’s failure to pass technical inspection will immediately disqualify that entrant from racing. Technical Car Specifications follow:
Technical Specifications
R-T-R JK cars suitable for this race series may be purchased only from ASCR.
